Executive Coaching

 

An organization is only as strong as its effective executives.  HC Smith Ltd offers tools and guidance for the individual client at a leadership level to engage in a personal development process to become more effective professionally and to increase the potential for success.

 

The fee for this service is charged on an hourly and daily basis.  We recommend a minimum of twelve one-hour sessions per quarter.  Companies may sponsor executives for this service, or individuals may enter into an agreement for services directly with our company.

 

The program begins with a full interview and review and analysis of the subject’s resume, personal history, and past two to three years performance evaluations.  We provide a literature review of career and

self-development resources, and discuss targets of opportunity (i.e. people you know, organizations for which you would like to work, hiring managers, human resources professionals, available positions, etc.).  Dr. Smith then assists the client in developing a path forward by preparing a leadership assessment report.

 

The focus of the program is on self-development.  At no time is it the responsibility of HC Smith Ltd to secure employment for the client.  Should a search assignment become available that reflects the clients background, the client may be considered.
