Rebecca Ruben Smith is a highly-regarded practitioner in the arts and cultural sector. Trained as a musician and educator, Ms. Smith has devoted her career to the arts and other nonprofit organizations. She is a skilled facilitator of diverse search committees charged with the task of selecting executive and senior leadership for orchestras, festivals, botanical gardens, museums, and other cultural institutions.

William Horst brings over twenty-five years of executive coaching, assessment and leadership development experience to his role as a management psychologist. The executive coaching includes extensive work with individual executives as well as coaching executive teams.
